One of the best ways to learn and grow is by participating in tournament play. Here are just a few options for our youth to look Forward to, qualify for, and participate in.
Join us for a morning full of bowling to help kick off the brand new year and bring the kids back from the holidays! We are offering two divisions both bumpers and our upper junior division. Our youth bowlers will have the opportunity to earn medals and our upper division has the opportunity to also earn scholarship money!
This competition is open to all 2024-25 USBC Youth members that are enrolled in a California USBC certified league, but it is a tournament that must be qualified in order to bowl. If youth qualify then they will bowl at the District Finals, if they finish top at the district finals they qualify to go to the California Pepsi State Finals and possibly the Youth State Championships!

David Yamauchi sets up a great tournament opportunity for our youth with the Junior Amateur Tour (JAT) They travel around to several different bowling centers offering some of the best tournament play options. Everything from regular tournaments, to doubles, to shootouts and even an opportunity to qualify for Junior Gold. Find out more information from their facebook group below!
Marcus Battiest, one of our previous junior bowlers, has created a tournament where both adults and youth are able to compete in. His tournaments are typically held once a month at the La Habra 300 Bowling center. Youth bowlers get the opportunity to earn scholarship money that would be added to their SMART accounts.
